The reason they buy from your company is because they know, like and trust you!
You need to think of yourself as a big part of the company brand, albeit the personable bit. You need to make them want to find out more about you, follow you on social media, read your emails and think about you and your company over others.
Do not underestimate how integral you are to the clients’ buying decision. It is you they need to buy into and trust that you will deliver on their dream design and/or build of their outdoor space.
